This measurement cannot be assigned to Naja ashei for sure. In Seronera, Serengeti National Park (Tanzania) there are no records of the species from N. ashei and some northern Tanzanian N. nigricollis also reach very large sizes according to Wolfgang Wüster's personal observations.
